Marcelo Auge é natural de São Paulo e apaixonado por arte em geral. Aos 10 anos já estudava teatro, fazia aulas de piano e apreciava com atenção e amor a sétima arte. Graduado em Comunicação Social, e Pós Graduado em marketing, Auge também Morou nos Estados Unidos e Europa, onde estudou Cinema, rádio e televisão.
A fotografia aconteceu como conseqüência dessa paixão pela arte. A vida cotidiana, o masculino, o esporte e a simetria são suas grandes motivações quando falamos em registro de imagens.
Sócio fundador, diretor e fotógrafo do A2 PhotoLab (agência de experimentos fotograficos, responsável por grandes campanhas publicitárias no Brasil e América Latina entre 2013 e 2016), Marcelo Auge atualmente está em carreira solo.
Possui um olhar atento, sereno e paciente; fatores fundamentais para captar imagens que visam principalmente registrar “realidades”.
Marcelo Auge também atua como curador de projetos culturais de fotografia fomentados através de financiamento coletivo (Crowdfunding) na plataforma PARTIO e participou de importantes exposições, a mais recente "ECCE HOMMO", aconteceu em maio de 2017 em São Paulo, na Verve Galeria.
Marcelo Auge was born in Sao Paulo and is passionate about art. At age 10 he studied theater, took piano lessons and enjoyed the 7th art with attention and love. Graduated in Social Communication and Post Graduate in Marketing, Auge also Lived in Europe and the United States, where he studied cinema, radio and television. Founding partner, director and photographer of A² PhotoLab (photographic agency, responsible for important advertising campaigns in Brazil and Latin America and some experimental photographic experiments), Marcelo Auge has a watchful eye, serene and patient; Important keys to capture images representing "realities".Marcelo Auge also acts as photography curator of cultural projects promoted through crowdfunding at Partio platform and recently participated in the collective exhibition "ECCE HOMMO" at Verve Galeria.
